No wifi adaptor found

So, I got this problem yesterday. I was trying to connect to my WiFi network and it showed that there is no WiFi adapter. Today i was trying to fix the problem, but i know little to no programing, any help? After installing Ubuntu, it says no wifi adapter found. You tried to search for fix but everyone says you need to get an adapter right.

I did not actually used my laptop to connect over the wifi network ever, it is the first time I tried too, unfortunately failed so. I am using a wired connection. I consider to get rid of this problem.
