I just bought a new HP ENVY-with Windows pre-installed. After some weeks in which it worked fine, the computer started to have some trouble. Then it simply did not start anymore.

As I understan when you turn on the Windows computer you get a black screen with blue text that says selected boot image did not authenticate. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Just go to your bios and enter boot options.

Should not boot your tails drive. If not then you did something wrong.
