So I had the same problem, I tried a lot of things and all was supposedly ‘ working ’ but I had the same ‘No Audio Output Devices Installed’ and ‘ Audio Services not responding’ problem showing and the red x on the speaker icon. Trying almost every day to resolve issue through the troubleshoot settings but also without success. Dont know how to fix this. I get no soun and am getting a message that says there is no audio output device installed on my computer. This problem is probably the improper status of the Windows audio service and any other of its dependencies.
